Track every reservation from inquiry to checkout. The table view gives you sortable, filterable access to all booking data. The **calendar view** shows a single unit's month at a glance with booking bars spanning check-in to checkout. The **timeline view** lays out all units side by side on a horizontal timeline — ideal for spotting gaps, overlaps, and peak periods across your entire portfolio. When a booking is created, a Google Drive folder is automatically generated and linked for storing guest documents and receipts.

Generate monthly payout reports per owner and per unit. Reports show amounts in USD with automatic conversion to local currency using exchange rates maintained in your own spreadsheet — always under your control. Once a payment is recorded, the rate is locked so the numbers never shift retroactively. Owners can view their own reports directly from the portal.

Manage the people and platforms behind your business in dedicated pages. **Owners** tracks property investors and their unit shareholdings. **Service Providers** organizes your cleaning crews, maintenance contacts, and operational staff by role. **Platforms** keeps a record of every listing channel (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.) with fee percentages. **Users** controls who can log in and what role they have.
